We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, images, measurements, and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen. Because products are made individually, slight differences in color, print placement, texture, or appearance may occur and may not be considered defects.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products, sizes, colors, designs, and services may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service when reasonably necessary.

ORDERS

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Majestic L21 is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, incorrectly priced, or intended for unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, an applicable refund will be issued.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Majestic L21 products are created only after an order is placed. Once production begins, the order generally cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, size charts, colors, designs, quantities, and shipping information before placing an order.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Majestic L21 and its payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by declined payments or payment-verification issues.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Customers must report damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products within the stated timeframe and provide the requested order information and photographic evidence.

CUSTOM DESIGNS AND COMMISSIONS

Custom design, artwork, styling, and commission services may require separate pricing, deposits, deadlines, revision limits, and usage terms. These details will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, deposits and payments for completed custom work are nonrefundable once creative work has started. Purchasing a custom design or commission does not automatically transfer copyright, reproduction, merchandising, or commercial-use rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, written content, branding, and other materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Majestic L21 LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish, manufacture, or commercially use our content or designs without prior written permission. Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual property.
