RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Majestic L21, every product is made to order especially for you. Because our items are custom printed after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind. Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact Majestic L21 within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Us page.

Please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the entire item and the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund. Customers are not normally required to return damaged or defective products unless specifically instructed.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins. Since orders can enter production shortly after being placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR

We cannot provide a free replacement or refund when the customer selects the wrong size, color, design, or product. Please review the product’s size chart before ordering, as sizing may vary between products.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Majestic L21 is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address provided during checkout. Additional production and shipping charges may apply if an order must be remade or reshipped.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package has not arrived, please contact us so we can review the shipment. Carrier delays and estimated delivery dates are outside our direct control. Packages marked “delivered” should first be checked with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the local post office.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or determined to be lost due to a production or carrier issue.
