SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Majestic L21. Please review the following information before placing your order.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Majestic L21 currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Most Majestic L21 products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed.
Production usually takes approximately 2–7 business days. This timeframe does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product shortages, or circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
After production is complete, estimated U.S. shipping times are generally:
• Economy shipping: approximately 4–8 business days
• Standard shipping: approximately 2–5 business days
• Priority or Express shipping: only available for eligible products and locations
Production and shipping times are estimates—not guaranteed delivery dates. Any estimated arrival date shown during checkout includes information available at that time and may change.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Costs vary depending on the product, quantity, shipping method, delivery address, and production provider.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
Products in the same order may be created and shipped by different production providers. As a result, one order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates. Separate tracking numbers may be provided for each shipment.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update its tracking system.
ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate name, shipping address, apartment or unit number, and contact information during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact Majestic L21 immediately through our Contact Us page. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.
Majestic L21 is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional production and shipping charges may apply to remake or resend an order.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Majestic L21 is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking information has not updated or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We may ask you to verify your address and contact the carrier or local post office before we submit a claim.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:
• Confirm that the shipping address is correct
• Check around the delivery area
• Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff
• Contact the shipping carrier or local post office
After completing these steps, contact Majestic L21 so we can review the situation. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms delivery, but we will assist you in investigating the issue.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, or a delivery refusal may require additional production and shipping charges before they can be sent again.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact Majestic L21 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and issue.
